This is a process by which an executive can direct, guide and influence the
behaviours and work of others towards accomplishment of specific goals in a
given situation. It includes the potentials to influence the behavior of others
towards achievement of a set goal.

This course is specifically designed for everyone in a leadership position
including members of National/State Assemblies, Judicial officers, law
enforcement/ military, senior staff of Government agencies/ and parastatal
and ministries as well as corporate organizations
